I strongly believe that people are not defined by their problems and that everyone has the capacity to achieve their full potential. I specialize in helping adults with life transition, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse ( physical, sexual and emotional), and relationship issues.

Ashtyn Ford

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing the impacts of trauma and abuse. My focus is to help individuals better understand their needs, their body& mind responses, and to gain tools that will help them feel better equipped to manage their daily lives and feel more balanced.

Andrea Cleghorn

My focus has been mainly with children and adolescents who have endured traumatic events and/or also suffer from a variety of mental health issues such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and other forms of self harm.

Tiffany Merritt

I work from a trauma, attachment & nervous-system informed perspective with a therapeutic approach that is embodied, strength-based, anti-oppressive, and relational. My work is grounded in the latest developments in the fields of neuroscience, attachment and trauma that understand the body’s, brain’s, and nervous system’s capacity to heal and shift.

Phuong Nguyen

Accessibility to resources for mental wellness is important to me.  Working with individuals who are disenfranchised and who many not be able to afford mental health treatment was a pivotal part of my training, and has made me realize that working in communities where resources may be hard to find is an important part of my practice.

Cecilia Scott

Through the creative process, I help clients develop self-awareness, explore their emotions and raise their self-esteem. Art therapy is particularly effective for young people who are grappling with internal, physical, and emotional change.

Petrea Hansen-Adamidis

I have worked extensively in children’s mental health for over 24 years, including as a child and family therapist and expressive arts therapist at the Garry Hurvitz Centre for Community Mental Health at Sick Kids, formerly the Hincks Dellcrest Centre. My experience includes work as a trauma therapist, working on the infant and preschool team, and art therapy-based groups for anxiety. I believe that as parents we are all doing the best that we can in any one given moment.  I work with individual and family strengths to support emotional health of parents, children, and adults whether there are challenges with mood, loss, trauma, anxiety, or behaviours.
